Transmitting interference phase contrast observation is suitable for those transparent or semi-transparent samples or tissues. MIC TECH L-S3DIC model microscope is equipped with 10X,20X DIC phase contrast objectives. Under the orthogonal state of linearly polarized light, through the DIC Beam splitting prism, make the polarized light divided to 0 line and E light. And this two lights will have tiny optical path difference after passing the tissue samples.Then the 0 and E light combine together after DIC composite prism, at the same time make interference at the rear focal plane of the objective which makes interference image.
